Hae Soo (IU) panics well, causing her to do not the brightest of things, and Prince So (Lee Joon Gi) is a great kisser, even when forcing that kiss on someone. That was just plain delusional. Way to go, Hae Soo. Accept it because she needs to go back to the present and she wasn’t meant to stay that long in Goryeo. Watch Scarlet Heart: Ryeo on Drama Fever. It’s IU I am most impressed with. Very much like the Eun/Yo incident. When So finds this out, he finally reads the pile of letters Hae Soo has been sending him (he thought they were from Jung because the handwriting on the outside of the letters was not hers). But the more I’ve watched him act the more I disagree with that statement. Typical of kdramas, there is unintended (and some intended) familiarity going on between Prince So and Hae Soo. I have a very special place in my heart for LJG and MLSHR. The fact that he didn’t kill his brother Jung showed restraint on So’s part. I also think Hae Soo to Wook very much like So brought a sense of freedom/fresh air with her very modern pretenses (or lack there of) and honesty. Power is more important than true love. I think that would be awesome. Not before Prince Jung innocently stays in Hae Soo’s room for a night, too. I hate to say it, but the editing on this episode was horrible. She wasn’t wrong. He remembers a conversation they had once contemplating what might have happened if they had met in a different place and time. But, as I think about this, maybe Hae Soo wanted Prince So to read the message to set up a fake “killing.”  Or, maybe I’m over-thinking this. ~.^ He actually made a valiant effort at thwarting Hae Soo’s hanging (before the Royal Order cancelling the hanging was presented). *clears-throat*….. modern day…. And when that fails with Prince So’s marriage, you team up with the traitor Yo (who somehow survived impalement with a sword and falling off a cliff…but that’s normal in a historical kdrama).
